WELLNESS PROGRAMS

We offer a wide range of programs to fit your needs. If you’re looking for continuing care after your physical therapy has ended or your looking to try a new method of healing like dry needling, then click on the button below to learn more.

Blood Flow Restriction Training

This program is designed to allow patients/clients to utilize our BFR bands in our clinic. (**I still need to brainstorm and come up with a price for these***) but the research shows that 3-4 times a week of using BFR gives you the maximum benefit and potential for strength gain with these devices. A lot of times patients are only coming in 1-2x a week for therapy and this extra session will allow for them to get the additional 1-2x per week to train with these. These would be administered by our Exercise Specialists (**again, need to nail a term down for them**) under the direction of the treating physical therapist as far as the protocol that the patient is to be using.

Golf Performance Academy

This program is designed for clients that want to improve their golf game. We have state of the art equipment in our K-Vest and our SkyTrak system which helps to track everything that your body is doing, the club is doing, and what the ball is doing in your swing along with Titleist Performance Institute screenings to address deficiencies in your swing that arise from a lack of mobility, motor control, or strength to lower your score and improve your consistency. We currently have a Par Package click on the button below to register your intrest.

Monthly Guided Gym Membership

This program includes the gym membership but also includes a 30-minute session of personal training with one of our exercise specialists. This allows the client to have guidance with their exercises and have a “trainer” develop new exercises for the patient and to make sure they are safe while they are trying to improve their strength, endurance, balance, and functional ability.

Monthly Gym membership

This program is designed for a few reasons. First and foremost, this is available to anyone that wants to come in and workout at our facility. They must call and reserve a time so we do not have too many people in the gym at one time and to make sure that equipment is available for the therapist to use during their treatment. This is also designed as an adjunct for therapy. With the therapy cap, some of our patients can reach that pretty quickly. What this allows is for a patient to come more than their weekly scheduled sessions with a therapist to do their exercises in the clinic with the equipment and setting that they were using with their therapist without under the supervision of the therapist. This way they are able to keep up with their exercises and more quickly progress strengthening, balance, and neuromuscular re-education.

Functional Resiliency Program

This program is designed for patients after their course of therapy has ended that would like to have a physical therapist guided approach to decreasing their risk of injury going forward. The patient would commit to 6 months and would come and meet with a therapist (45 minute 1st session, 30 minutes in subsequent sessions) to test measures applicable to the patient (we have a Senior Functional Movement Assessment that we do for our patients >60 years old) to assess where their functional level is at during that point in time. Then we design an exercise program for them to do at home, at their gym, or wherever they exercise to keep them physically active and progressing their strength and ability level to help prevent injuries from occurring.

Have debated and looked at having the gym membership included in this so they can work out here using our equipment.

Dry Needling

This is designed for those individuals who have had symptom relief with dry needling who want it on a continual basis. Most insurances are not going to cover dry needling as a therapeutic intervention but this allows for them to continue or as an adjunct to their therapy. This has had significant results in the field for headache relief, TMJ issues, neck pain, and other acute and chronic conditions.
