What do we discuss in our workshops and why are we doing this? All workshops include the most up-to-date evidence-based information, are interactive, and offer practical tips for managing the conditions that limit your activities. The Body Balance Team strives to elevate the health care standard in the Lakeway and Austin area. We are passionate about educating our community to be better informed on optimizing their health, maintaining functional independence, and providing options for conservative management.

Luckily, vertigo is a common problem and is typical, easy to fix.
