These healthy soups and dips are lightened up, but seriously pack a punch of flavor without the extra fat and calories. Seconds anyone? Who says you can't get in all your veggies and enjoy it too on Super Bowl Sunday!

Healthy 7-Layer Dip

Nothing says game day like a delicious 7 layer dip that’s sure the please everyone. The seven layers in this dip are black beans, spiced yogurt, a quick guacamole, tomatoes, queso fresco, black olives and green onions. It couldn’t be easier which means you can spend more time checking out the commercials instead of being in the kitchen!

Healthy Delicious White Chicken Chili

A warm bowl of chili is delicious anytime but especially in front of a big screen TV cheering on your favorite team piled with avocado, tortilla chips, cilantro, and even, jalapenos if you’re feeling spicyyyyy. Packed with healthy protein, the beans are swapped out for chickpeas for tasty texture and flavor.

Chorizo and Potato Soup

Thai Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
