Fitness Programs for All Fitness Levels
Body Balance offers many different fitness programs and custom options that vary from fall prevention programs to golf specific fitness. The fitness professionals at body balance are nationally certified personal trainers.
Our fitness professionals work directly with the Physical Therapists in patient rehab, teach weekly group fitness classes and develop custom programs for individuals.
At Body Balance we help people develop personal fitness goals and then help them achieve these goals. This is not a gym with huge weight machines, dumbbells and big egos. There is a open and supportive environment at Body Balance that allows clients of all fitness levels and ages to feel comfortable and confident throughout their personal fitness journey. We focus on fitness that uses body weight exercises, stretching, yoga, resistance bands and stability balls. This is a low impact strength training philosophy based on correct posture, developing core strength and understanding your personal bio mechanics that will give you a Balanced Body for life.
